1. The applications listed are Microsoft OS applications.
2. The documentation files are in Adobe .pdf file format. If you don't have the required reader, you can download the reader at Adobe's Website.
3. Some computers download and unzip in one step, in which you would end up with a .HEX file directly. Some come zipped (.zip) and you have to Unzip the file manually. Make sure your file you end up with is: filename.HEX
4. To install these .HEX files on your amplifier, you need to have the Colt Bootloader which can be found above.
5. If you are using the USB port to connect to the product, you're going to need the USB driver which can be found above.
