Update on backlog of our 9500 and 8410 products.

As of 3/1/2010. We're about 3 to 4 weeks out on both models. An order placed today will be delivered in March.
The repair department is running about 4 to 6 weeks, down from 8 weeks a few months ago, but up from our low of 2 weeks. We're not happy about this and are working on getting the delay down to 2 weeks or less. |
