| Here's the process for purchasing an Alpha Amplifier: |

If you’d like one of our amplifiers, you can either call us at 303-473-9232, or go online and purchase it on the internet at www.rfconcepts.com.
At the time or your order, you need to post a deposit to hold your position in line. The minimum deposit is $500 for an 8410 or $1,000 for a 9500, but of course you can post as much as you'd like. This deposit is posted to your account and can be paid by credit card or check or wire transfer. Once we receive and post your deposit, or run your credit card for the deposit, your name gets added to our “OPEN ORDER LIST”. Amplifiers are shipped in the order the sales order is received.
We build amplifiers in batches. For instance, one week we may run 9500’s on the production line, and the next week we may run 8410’s on the production line. Although we have a pretty good idea of how many amplifiers will be available that week, we don’t know for sure.
Each amplifier is hand built, hand tested, burned in, and final tested. Occasionally we have one fail one of our tests and it cycles back through test, burn in, and final test. We don’t assign specific amplifiers to specific orders until they’re ready to ship – then we check the “OPEN ORDER LIST” for the next in line.
When your order gets close to the top of the list, and we see there’s a good chance a unit in production is available to fulfill a specific order, we call or email you and let you know your amp is almost ready.
Unless you've applied for and been approved for the 50-25-25 program, we need full payment before we ship an amplifier – no exceptions. If you’re paying by check or wire transfer, this is the best time for you to send us the payment. You can send the payment to RF Concepts at the address below. We need to receive the check no later than 3 days before shipping. If you’re paying by credit card, we will run your credit card on the day of shipment. Occasionally, when we run the credit card, the charge gets denied (usually easily remedied by a call to your credit card company). We try to communicate with you immediately, but sometimes there is a delay. If we can’t get the charge accepted, we go to the next person in line. You don’t lose your place, but the next person in line gets that amplifier. If it happens that the amp was the last amp in that production run, there’s a possibility that we won’t be able to ship your amp until our next production run of that model.
The day we send you YOUR amplifier, we email you a FEDEX tracking number. Three days later, your amplifier should arrive. Any questions? Please call us – we’re here to help.
