Transmitting Tubes

We carry a full line of Transmitting tubes from around the world. Each of our tubes are TESTED IN AN ALPHA AMPLIFIER.

This is why we can warranty our tubes. When you purchase a matched set of tubes from RF Concepts, they have actually been matched! The tube(s) in a new Alpha amplifier have been installed, tested, burned in, and tested again. Those tubes are warranted. If you replace those tubes with others during the warranty period, RF Concepts is not responsible for any damage caused by those tubes and the damage will not be covered under warranty.

3CX1500A7/8877 Transmitting Tube

The 3CX1500A7/8877 power triode is used in the Alpha 77, 77D, 77Dx, 77Sx, and 9500. These are manufactured in China, shipped to our distributor, tested there, shipped to our factory in Boulder, and tested again - this time in an actual Alpha amplifier. They are guaranteed for a full year.
