Customers MUST call for a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions before sending amplifiers for repair. A minimum of $52.50 (1/2 hour Tech time) will be charged to all non-warranted and voided warranty work.

Before shipping any amplifier for repair, the transformer must be removed from the amplifier and the AC connector must be removed from the end of the power cord. Do not ship these to our facility.

Shipping charges to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty does not cover shipping charges.

A $5.00 handling charge is added to all non-warranty parts orders.

NOTE: E-mail is not flawless and occasionally we cannot get a reply back to our customers. Please include your phone number and/or address in your e-mail in case we have such a problem.
